If I'm looking at you its because I'm choosing to and not because there aren't others. 

My ways are soft, mellow and mild also tough, bold and wild.


If I sacrifice my dreams, its because I'm choosing to and not because they are shallow. 

My heart has broken many a time yet I wear it on my sleeve and let is shine.


If I speak softly its because I'm choosing to and not because I don't know how take a stand.

My love, my smile, my tears, my praise are all bold, beautiful and shattering. I'm not the one to hold back anything.


If I stay, its because I'm choosing to and not because I'm scared to leave.

My spirit is made of the air, the earth, the water and the fire. I have the strength to obtain what I desire.
